FY 2011 H1B Cap Count August 13, 2010

As of August 13, 2010 USCIS received 29,700 of 65,000 Regular Cap petitions and 12, 300 of 20,000 Master’s Cap petitions.  As of June 30, 2010 the Vermont Service Center was processing petitions with a priority date of April 10, 2010.  Applications will continue to be accepted until the H1B caps are met.
